Jessica Gardner, a dedicated Registered Dietitian, devoted wife, and loving mother of two wonderful children. In our pursuit of holistic wellness at My  Brilliant Wellness, Jessica stands as a pillar of expertise in the realm of nutrition.

Jessica's journey into the world of nutrition commenced with her graduation from Sam Houston State University in 2011, where she achieved a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Nutrition. Driven by her commitment to healthcare administration, she furthered her education by obtaining a Master of Science degree in 2016 from the University of Texas at Rio Grande Valley.

Her journey culminated in the prestigious status of a Registered Dietitian, achieved through the successful completion of 1,200 hours of supervised practice during the Keith and Associates Distance Dietetic Internship in 2018. Jessica takes immense pride in her registrations with the Commission of Dietetic Registration, and her licensure as a dietitian in both Texas and Louisiana. Furthermore, she holds a certificate of training in overweight and obesity for pediatrics and adults.

Jessica Gardner brings a wealth of experience to our team, specializing in various facets of nutrition therapy. Her expertise extends to pre and post-bariatric surgery medical nutrition therapy and renal nutrition therapy. Since 2019, she has been unwaveringly committed to delivering personalized one-on-one nutrition counseling services tailored to the unique needs of our clients.

Her areas of proficiency encompass a wide range of specialties, including weight management, oncology nutrition, diabetes education, renal education, cardiac diet education, nutrition therapy for PCOS, addressing gastrointestinal issues, and promoting intuitive eating and meal planning.
